This policy sets out the basis on which DeepGen Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration Number: 202506231D) (hereinafter referred to as “DeepGen” or “We”) collects personal data from you and how we process such data. By visiting our website https://deepgenai.co or using any other applications or software we provide from time to time (collectively our “Software”), you accept and consent to the practices and terms set out below.

1.1 For the purposes outlined in Section 2, we may collect and process the following information:

1) Information you provide when subscribing to and/ or accessing our Software, which may include information about your clients and any authorised users of the Software. This may include a person’s full name, address, email address, phone number,, and other personal data provided to us either by submitting through our Software, or by corresponding with us through any means.

(b) Information we collect about you automatically


1) Technical information, such as Internet protocol (IP) address, log-in information, demographic data, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, browsing behaviour, operating system, patterns of Software (and its features) usage, usage time, user’s behaviour and platform.

2) Information about your visit and interactions with the Software, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream to, through and from our Software (including date and time), products or pages viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs).

(c) Information collected from Third Parties

1) We receive information about you from other third parties, such as service providers that help us to build and maintain our Software and that integrate their Services with ours, and authentication service providers. Your interactions with these third-party services are governed by the privacy statements of the companies that provide them, and not this policy.

1.2 We ensure that personal data is only kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When no longer required, we securely delete the data, unless legally required to retain it.

1.3 While providing all the requested data is not mandatory, failure to do so may result in us being unable to provide certain services to you.

i) Responding to requests for information from public and governmental/ regulatory authorities, statutory boards, related companies, and for audit, compliance, investigation and inspection purposes.
j) Complying with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
k) Communicating with you and responding to your questions or requests.
l) Enter, manage and fulfill our contract with you or your company.

3. Disclosure of Your Information


We will keep personal data that we hold confidential. However, you acknowledge and agree that for the purpose of providing our Software and services to you, we many provide information, on a need-to-know basis, to:

a) Any member of our company.
b) Personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and other third-party information technology, data management service providers, including hosting service providers, and related entities in connection with our operations or services.
c) Persons under a duty of confidentiality to us for the purpose of seeking professional advice.
d) Persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations in any part of the world. e) Actual or proposed transferees of our operations (or a substantial part thereof) in any part of the world.
f) Any party which assists us in carrying out the purposes laid out in Section 2 of this policy.

If you provide testimonials or provide feedback that you published or intended to be published on our services as a Client testimonial, we may disclose your post and your name on our services and marketing materials.

4. Third-Party Software and Sites


Our Software may, from time to time, contain links to and from the platforms or website of our partner networks, advertisers, affiliates or other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these platforms or websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies. As these platforms and websites are not owned or operated by us, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of these platforms or websites and their privacy policies, and you access and provide your personal data to these third-party platforms or websites at your own risk. Please ensure that you review these policies before you submit any personal data to any such platforms or websites.

All information you provide to us will be stored in our secure servers which may be located in any parts of the world, unless explicitly agreed to otherwise.

You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information used to access our Software, such as by selecting and protecting passwords and/ or other sign-on mechanisms appropriately, limiting access to your device used to sign-in into your account or other authenticated pages on our Software, and by turning off or logging-off from your device if you have auto-login enabled. We also recommend that you take steps to protect against unauthorized access to any devices, networks and applications connected to, or integrated with our Software.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:
a) Check with us whether we hold personal data about you.
b) Access any personal data we hold about you.
c) Require us to correct, rectify, and delete your personal data we hold about you.
d) Revoke any consent which you have given for the processing of your personal data.

Any request under this section can be made by writing to us at info@deepgenai.co and may be subject to a small administrative fee to cover our cost in processing your request.  

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend the terms of this policy at our absolute discretion. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our Software, and you are expected to check this page from time to time to take note of any changes we have made as they are binding on you. Your continued use of our Software and/ or the services provided on them following any amendment of this policy shall constitute your acceptance of its revised terms.
